About Us

Milestones began as a space where local birth professionals Tiffany Lee Avery and Gina Forbes created a range of childbirth education classes and related events to support their mission of improving experiences of birth and early parenting, as well as improving parental and family health in Mid-Coast Maine. 

While Gina and Tiffany continue to offer this strong foundation of childbirth classes and parenting events, Milestones has also grown into a space for like-minded practitioners to come together and offer programming that supports holistically-based health and wellness on many levels.  Gina and Tiffany believe that health is a process created both within the self and within the greater community context. 

Milestones is a space for the community to come together to connect, exchange ideas and skills, and to define and strive for wellness within our individual selves, as well as in the context of family and community life.
